LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE STRUCTURE FOR WATER TREATMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED, IN THE R-2, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT ON THE EAST SIDE OF JERSEY AVENUE (BRONX PARK) AT 2900 IDAHO AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park: Findin 1. The City of St. Louis Park has made application to the City Council for a special permit under Section 14-126(1) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code for the purpose of construction an essential service structure for water treatment located at 2900 Idaho Avenue for the legal description as follows, to -wit: Lots 19, 20 and 21, Block 18, "The Bronx" 2. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 85 -39 -SP) and the effect of the proposed water treatment structure on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing and anticipated traffic conditions, the effect on values of properties in the surrounding area, the effect of the use on the Comprehensive Plan, and compliance with the intent of the Zoning Ordinance. 3. The Council has determined that the water treatment structure will not be detrimental to the health, safety, or general welfare of the community nor will it cause serious traffic congestion nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and the proposed water treatment structure is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan. rnnelusinn The special permit to permit an essential service structure for water treatment at the location described is granted based on the findings set forth above and subject to the following conditions: 1. The site shall be developed, used and maintained in accordance with Exhibit A, Site Plan. (Exhibit is on file in the City Development Department at the City of St. Louis Park) 2. The exterior of the building shall be constructed of brick, which is compatible with the materials used on the existing buildings on the site. 3. A landscaping plan for, the area surrounding the proposed new building shall be developed in conjunction with the City Development Department for future approval by the City Council. 4. All improvements shall be completed by May 30, 1986.
