RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF PROPERTY
FOR THE EXCELSIOR BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of St. Louis Park has authorized and directed the
City Manager to negotiate with the owners of property for the purchase of necessary
Quit Claim Deedsand construction easements for the construction of the project.
WHEREAS, pursuant to such negotiations, the following have indicated their
desire to sell said property to the City by Quit Claim Deed for a permanent easement
for highway purposes and a construction easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park that the
City of St. Louis Park purchase at the price indicated the following described property
in Hennepin County, Minnesota, to -wit:
Barbara J. Carney, a Single Person (Easements) S-2 $3,631 (S-2 &
S-3)
A permanent easement for highway purposes over that part of Lot G, "Jewell's
Brookside Hennepin County, Minn." according .to the recorded plat thereof which
lies Northwesterly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot G a distance of 8 feet
South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence Northeasterly parallel with
the Northwesterly line of said Lot G for a distance of 3 feet; thence
deflect left 90 degrees for a distance of 1 foot; thence Northeasterly to
a point on the East line of said Lot G a distance of 8 feet South of the
Northeast corner thereof and there terminating.

abstract or certificate.
