RESOLUTION CONFINING A STORM SEWER EASEMENT
AT 4060 UTICA AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis Park acquired an easement for storm sewer
by condemnation as indicated by Document No. 2124630 filed December 16, 1941
over Lot 20, Block 3, Browndale Addition.
WHEREAS, said Document does not indicate the portion of said lot where
the easement is located.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the owner and his lending institution
that said easement be confined to a specific area.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that said easement be confined
That part of Lot 20, Block 3, Browndale, lying North of a line
drawn from a point in the East line of said Lot 20, said point
being 20 feet South of the Northeast corner of Lot 20; thence
Northwesterly to a point in a line drawn parallel to and 10 feet
South of the North property line of Lot 20 and 40 feet West of the
East line property line of Lot 20; thence continuing West along
said parallel line to the West property line of Lot 20, and there
terminating.
Adopted by the City Council December 16, 1985.
