LOUIS PARK CITY GENERAL ELECTION HELD`NOVEMBER 5, 1985 WHEREAS, the St, .,Louis Park -City Council has met for the purpose of canvassing the election _returns of,.the ;City -General Election held November 5, 1985 (as required by -,the City"Charter)`.., Punchcard-voting.devices and,electronit computer were used -for-- the,.'easting.and;-tabulation,of'votes in every voting precinct of the City.
