RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BE MADE WITH THE MINNESOTA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WEST 252 STREET FROM
HIGHWAY 100 TO WEST 26TH STREET (AGREEMENT NO. 62958)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, that an agreement be made with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation (Agreement No. 62958) for the following purposes, to -wit: to
provide for payment by the City to the State for the City's share of the costs
of constructing West 252 Street from Engineer Station 10+00 along the east
frontage road of Highway 100 to Engineer Station 21+28 on West 26th Street
within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 2735-140 (T.H. 100=130)
and City Project No. 85-29.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such agreement.
