`b RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE
OF TAX -FORFEIT LANDS
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described below have been forfeited to the State of
Minnesota for nonpayment of taxes, and the City Manager has recommended to the City Council
that said parcels are a necessary and desirable addition to open space and storm water
storage facilities of the City; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park that the Mayor and City Manager
are hereby authorized and directed to make application on behalf of the City to the County
Board and State Tax Commissioner for conveyance of the following described parcels of tax -
forfeited land to the City of St. Louis Park for the following purposes:
Open Space and Storm Water Pond
I.D. #17-117-21 22 0185, 3148 Rhode Island Avenue South.
North 60 feet of Lot 6, Nystrom's Addition.,
I.D. #17-117-21 22 0186, 3152 Rhode Island Avenue South.
That part of Lot 6, Nystrom's Addition lying South of North 60 feet thereof and that
part of Block 291,"Rearrangement of St.: Louis Park'lying North of South 125 feet
thereof and lying between the Southerly extension of East and West lines of said
Nystrom's Addition.
I.D. #17=1q-21 23 0097, 3156 Rhode Island Avenue South.
That part(o North 60 feet of South 125 feet of Block 291, "Rearrangement of
St. Louis Park", lying between the Southerly extension of East and West lines of
Nystrom's Addition.
I.D. #17-117-21 23 0098, 3160 Rhode Island Avenue South.
That part of South 65 feet of Block 291, "Rearrangement of St. Louis Park", lying
between the Southerly extension of East and West lines of Nystrom's Addition.
I.D. #17-117-21 23 0100, 3161 Sumter Avenue South.
South 74 feet of Lots 36 to 39 inclusive and that part of South 74 feet of Lot 35
"Rearrangement of St. Louis Park", lying West of Southerly extension of West line of
Nystrom's Addition.
I.D. #17-117-21 23 0101, 3157 Sumter Avenue South.
That part of Lots 36 to 39 inclusive lying North of South 74 feet thereof and that
part of Lot 35 lying North of South 74 feet thereof, "Rearrangement of St. Louis Park",
and West of Southerly extension of West line of Nystrom's Addition, also that part
of Lot 53 lying West of said Southerly extension and lying East of Sumter Avenue.

of Lot 53 lying West of said Southerly extension and lying East of Sumter Avenue.
Adopted by City Council August 20, 1984.
