S 4 12 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING VIOODDALE AVENUE SOUTH FROM WEST 36TH STREET TO TRUNK HIGHWAY V AS MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500; and WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis Park is 1.37 miles under the maximum allowed for -under Minnesota State Aid street needs guidelines, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park has authorized the Brunswick Avenue crossing over the tracks of said railroad be closed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of City of St. Louis Park in the County of Hennepin that the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation is hereby requested toVdesi nate Wooddale Avenue South, centerline being described as follows to wit: �rreu° (brvrY,(Aitk A,)6_001e. � Wes4 �wdZ Try r►k W�c�►►'a�,i {� '1 `r,.`� tc � Commencing at the centerline of Truk Highway No. -7 and—the cen Pr ins of Wooddale Avenue South thence south easterly approximately 650 feet to its intersection with the centerline of West 36th Street, MSAS Route 277. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of the Plinnesotq Department of Transportation for his consideration and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street by the City of St. Louis Park and to be numbered and known as part of Municipal State Aid street 280. Reviewed for dministration: tLyLM a Ina g e r Approved as to form and leglaity: ity Attorney REPLACEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 84-12 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING WOODDALE AVENUE SOUTH FROM WEST 36TH STREET TO T.H. 7 AS A MUNCIPAL STATE AID STREET WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota that the street hereinafter descirbed should be designated a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500; and WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis Park is 1.37 miles under the maximum allowed for under Minnesota State Aid street needs guidelines, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park has authorized the Brunswick Avenue crossing over the tracks of said railroad be closed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park in the County of Hennepin that the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation is hereby requested to revoke approximately 550 feet of Brunswick Avenue South between West 36th Street and Trunk Highway No. 7, and designate Wooddale Avenue South, centerline beinq described as follows to wit: Commencing at the centerline of Trunk Highway No. 7 and the centerline of Wooddale nue South thence southeasterly approximately 650 feet to its intersection with the terline of West 36th Street, MSAS Route 277. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation for his consideration and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street by the City of St. Louis Park and to be numbered and known as part of Municipal State Aid street 280.
