BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of the Plinnesotq Department of Transportation for his consideration and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street by the City of St. Louis Park and to be numbered and known as part of Municipal State Aid street 280.
