BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
Larry Mitchell is hereby designated to serve as a director of the
Suburban Rate Authority, and Thomas Duffy is hereby designated to serve
as alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1984
and until their successors are appointed.
