LOUIS PARK CITY GENERAL ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 8, 1983 WHEREAS, the St. Louis Park City Council has duly met as a canvassing board as required by the City Charter for the purpose of canvassing the election returns of the City General Election held November 8, 1983, wherein punch -card voting devices and electronic computer were used for the casting and tabulating of votes in every voting precinct of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has duly inspected both the precinct return sheets and the absentee ballot return sheets prepared and certified to by the election judges of each precinct; therefore, be it resolved as follows: 1) Said election returns are hereby canvassed and the number of votes received by each candidate (together with the number of absentee and write-in ballots) are hereby determined as follows: Total Punch -Card Absentee Write -In Office/Candidate Votes Ballots Ballots Votes MAYOR Lyle W.
