LOUIS PARK PRIMARY ELECTION HELD SEPTEMBER 27, 1983 WHEREAS, the St. Louis Park City Council has duly met as a canvassing board as required by the City Charter for the purpose of can- vassing the election returns of the City Primary Election held September 27, 1983, wherein paper ballots were used for the casting of votes in every voting precinct of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has duly inspected the Return Sheets of each Precinct prepared and certified to by the election judges of each Precinct; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as follows: 1) Said election returns be hereby canvassed, and the number of votes received by each candidate voted upon at such election, together with the number of defective and blank ballots, is hereby determined to be as follows: PRIMARY ELECTION OFFICE VOTES Councilman At Large Ronald J.
