HomeMy WebLinkAbout7446 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1983/08/151 RESOLUTION NO. 7446 A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6696 ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 3, 1980 AND GRANTING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 14-156 OF THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING TO ALLOW EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE B-2, BUSINESS DISTRICT, AT 6501 WAYZATA BOULEVARD WHEREAS, Northstar Pizza has made application to the City Council for a special permit under Section 14-124.101 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code to allow exterior alterations at 6501 Wayzata Boulevard within a B-2, General Business District, having the following legal description: Lot 4, Block 1, Lou Park Addition (Abstract) WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case Nos. 80 -81 -SP, and 83 -55 -SP) and the effect of the proposed exterior alterations on the health, safety, and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing and anticipated traffic conditions, the effect on values of properties in the surrounding area and the effect of the use on the Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, a special permit was issued regarding the subject property pursuant to Resolution No. 6696 of the St. Louis Park City Council dated November 3, 1980 which contained conditions applicable to said property; and WHEREAS, due to changed circumstances, amendments to those conditions are now necessary, requiring the amendment of that special permit; and WHEREAS, it is the intent of this resolution to continue and restate the conditions of the permit granted by Resolution No. 6696, to add the amendments now required, and to consolidate all conditions applicable to the subject property in this resolution; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 6696 is hereby rescinded and replaced by this resolution which continues and amends a special permit to the subject property for the purposes of permitting exterior alterations within the B-2, General Business District, at the location described above based on the following conditions: 1. The site shall be developed, used and maintained in accordance with Exhibit A, Site Plan; Exhibit B, Floor Plan/Elevations as modified by Exhibit C, North Elevation; and Exhibit D, West Elevation. (Exhibits on file at City Hall). 2. All lighting shall be directed perpendicular to the ground and away from surrounding properties and rights of way. 3. That all trash storage be indoors. 4. That all landscaping be completed by July 15, 1981. 5. That the special permit violations observed on July 13, 1983, including landscaping deficiencies, shall be corrected prior to the issuance of a building permit for the exterior alternations. 6. All improvements shall be completed by October 31, 1983.
