RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON PIPING AND CONTROLS
ON WELL NO. 17 - PROJECT NO. 81-72, CONTRACT 1500
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated October 17, 1982,
A & K Construction, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvements
for the piping and controls at Well No. 17.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation for
final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under the contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking
the contractor's receipt in full.
