RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LAND FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES
WHEREAS, David Borneman of MOTEC Industries, Inc. has agreed to
grant the City of St. Louis Park an easement for sidewalk purposes.
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised the City Council that
MOTEC Industries, Inc. will in fact provide the City with a recordable
quit claim deed to the subject property, which is legally described as:
The North five (5) feet of Lot 1, Auditor's Sub. No. 53
except the South 54 feet.
Said easement area is eligible to be counted as density area.
WHEREAS, a deed has been presented to the City of St. Lbuis Park
conveying the subject property to the City; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the above described easement is hereby
accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to file
the deed in the office of the Hennepin County Register of Deeds.
