RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON REROOFING
OF FIRE STATION NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated September 7, 1982,
Central Roofing Company has satisfactorily completed the reroofing of Fire
Station No. 1;
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation for
final acceptance of the work;
3. The work completed under the contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking
the contractor's receipt in full.
