RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON PAVING, CURB
AND GUTTER AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL
PROJECT NOS. 79-44, 79-54 and 81-69
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated September 8, 1981,
Northwest Asphalt, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvements for Paving,
Curb & Gutter, and Traffic Signal.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation for final
acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under the contract is accepted and approved. The City
Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's
receipt in full.
