Home My WebLink About7075 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1982/03/01r r RESOLUTION NO. 7075 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR HENNEPIN COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 18 IMPROVEMENTS THROUGH THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Department of Public Works has prepared final plans for the improvement of CSAH 18, including Minnetonka Boulevard to Trunk Highway 7 in St. Louis Park, and said plans are designated as Layout No. 16a, Hennepin County Project No. 7227 (S.P. 27-618-31); and WHEREAS, copies of said final plans as so marked, labeled, and identified are on file in the office of the City of St. Louis Park's City Clerk and the Hennepin County Department of Public Works; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5927 on December 19, 1977 approving Layout No. 16a, subject to three conditions; and WHEREAS, Layout No. 16a has been modified to address the three conditions in Resolution No. 5927 to the satisfaction of the City of St. Louis Park; and WHEREAS, a detailed review of the final plans as presented for this project has been made and four additional conditions to approval have been developed; and WHEREAS, Layout No. 16a will be modified to address the four conditions in Resolution No. 7038 (dated January, 4, 1982) to the satisfaction of the City of St. Louis Park; and WHEREAS, a temporary construction slope easement abutting CSAH 18 on the west has been requested by Hennepin County and approved by the City of St. Louis Park; and WHEREAS, Hennepin County has requested approval of a Construction Cooperative Agreement (labeled Agreement No. PW 03-05-82) for Hennepin County Project No. 7227. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of St. Louis Park hereby approves Hennepin County Agreement No. PW 03-05-82 for Hennepin County Project No. 7227 subject to conditions set forth in said City of St. Louis Park Resolution Nos. 5927 and 7038.
