RESOLUTION NO. 7006
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON REMODELING OF SECOND
FLOOR, CITY HALL, PROJECT NO. 80-32, CONTRACT NO. 1423
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City, Gladstone Construction
Co. has satisfactorily completed the remodeling of second floor, City Hall;
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation for final
acceptance of the work;
3. The work completed under the contract is accepted and approved. The
City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contractor, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by the City Council November 2, 1981.
