RESOLUTION) ACCEPTING WORK ON OBSERVATION NODE,
CARPENTER PARK, PROJECT NO. 80-23, CONTRACT #1458
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City, ADB Construction Co.,
Inc. has satisfactorily completed the construction of the observation node,
Carpenter Park.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation for final
acceptance of the work;
3. The work completed under the contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking
the contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by the City Council August 3, 1981.
