RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGNATION OF NONCON-
SERVATION LAND SHOWN ON CLASSIFICATION
LIST "645-C" BY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of St. Louis Park has received from the
County Auditor of Hennepin County a list of lands in said City which
became the property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of taxes
and said list has been designated as Classification List "645-C"; and
WHEREAS, .each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore
been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County
as nonconservation land, and its sale has been authorized by said Board;
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
1949, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that the Board's classification of land
described in said list is approved, and the sale of the land described
below is approved:

Subject to an easement for street and utility purposes described as:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 5, Township 117, Range
21, thence Westerly to the Easterly right-of-way line of Hampshire
Avenue, thence Northerly along said right-of-way line to a point
nine and one-half (9.50) feet Southerly of the Southwest corner of
Lot 6, Block 1, Lou Park Addition, the point of beginning. Thence
Easterly and Northerly along a forty (40.00) foot radius arc, chord
bearing North 76.63 feet, the curve is concave to the West, a dis-
tance of one hundred two and thirty-five hundredths (102.35) feet to
the Easterly right-of-way line of Hampshire Avenue, thence Northerly
along said right-of-way line a distance of twenty-four and one-half
(24.50) feet, thence Easterly and Northerly along a fifty-three (53.00)
foot radius arc, chord bearing North 105.09 feet, the curve is concave
to the West, a distance of one hundred fifty-two and fifty-
eight hundredths (152.58) feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of
Hampshire Avenue, thence Northerly along said right-of-way line a
distance of thirty-four and sixty-eight hundredths (34.68) feet to
the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Lou Park Addition, the point
of termination.
