RESOLUTION N0. 6869
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1980 -COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City is engaged in the implementation of 1980
Community Development activities; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to undertake a solid waste management
study which may form the basis for Community Development activities
in subsequent program years; and
WHEREAS, the proposed study conforris to the rules and regulations
promulgated by the U.S. Department of Housi'nq, and Urban ,Development for
the Community Development Block Grant Program; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park
that the 1980 Community Development Block Grant Program be amended by
transferring $25,000 from the Elmwood Alley Paving activity to the
Solid Waste Management Study.
