RESOLUTION NO. 6785
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK FOR SUBDIVISION CONTRACT
CONSTRUCTION - PARK PLAZA SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Subdivision Contract No. 1344 with the City dated
February 20, 1979, Kraus -Anderson, Inc. and Klodt Companies; Inc. has
satisfactorily completed the requirements of said contract for the construction
of improvements for Park Plaza, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation for
acceptance of the work completed described above,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, that the work required under the above subdivision contract for Park
Plaza is hereby accepted and approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the amount of $90,000.00 is hereby
released.
Adopted by the City Council March 2, 1981.
