Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated April 16, 1979, Sun Mechanical & Electrical Co. has satisfactorily completed the City Hall garage. 2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation for final acceptance of the work. 3. The work completed under the contract is accepted and approved. The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
