'LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING TO PERMIT A TWELVE ,UNIT APARTMENT DWELLING FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE R-4 DISTRICT AT 1345 IDAHO AVENUE SOUTH BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park: Findings 1. Donald A. Hornig has made application to the City Council for a special permit under Section 14-141 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code for the purpose.of maintaining a twelve unit apartment dwelling located at 1345 Idaho for the legal description as follows, to -wit: Lots 12, 105, 106, 107; Richmond Addition 2. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 80 -93 -SP) and the effect\of the proposed twelve unit apartment dwelling on the health, safety-andrwelfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing and anticipated traffic conditions, the effect on values of properties in the surrounding area, and the effect of the use on the Comprehenisve-Plan. 3. The Council has determined that the twelve unit anartnent dwelling will not be detrimental to the health, safety or ,general welfare,of,the community nor will it cause serious traffic congestion nor hazards, nor will it seriusly depreciate surrounding property values, and the proposed twelve unit apartment dwelling is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan. Conclusion The special permit to permit a twelve unit apartment dwelling at the location described As granted based on the findings set forth above and subject to the following conditions: 1. That the site be developed in accordance with Exhibit A, Floor Plan/Left Side Elevation, and Exhibit 8, Site.Plan/Front-Rear- and Right -Side Elevations with the following exceptions: a. That brick to match the existing brick be used in place of cedar siding on the Left Side Elevation. b. That concrete curbing be provided along the driveway and parking lot. 2. That a survey combining the two lots shown on the Site Plan be filed with Hennepin County. Lot 12 cannot be used for other density or development purposes. 3. That all construction, including curbing, be completed by October 15, 1931.
