LOUIS PARK ZONING,ORDI- NANCE FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT UNIT FOR INSTITUTIONAL USE OF PROPERTY AND UNDER SECTION 14-124.101 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR PROPERTY IN THE R-3 DISTRICT AND IN THE PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, at 3115 OTTAWA AVENUE SOUTH. WHEREAS, application has been made' to the City Council by B'nai-Abraham liikro-Tifereth Synogogue for permit under Section 6:176.4 and Section 14-124.101 of the St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance for the following pur- pose: to construct an addition to B'nai-Abraham-Mikro-Tifereth Synogogue and to construct off-street parking and to retain other existing facilities, on the site and to permit construc- tion of an accessory structure at the following location, to -wit: Lots 1-20, Block 2, Mazey and Langans Addition to St. Louis Park and Lots 24 and 25, Oakenwald Addition, known as 3115 Ottawa Avenue South WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 72 -56 -SP and Case No. 80 -79 -SP) and the effect of the proposed use,on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing%and anticipated traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent'streets and the effect on values of -properties in the surrounding area and the effect of the proposed use on the Comprehen- sive Plan, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined -that the said, proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of the community nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and the same is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of this ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be granted to the applicant for the purpose set forth subject, however, to the following conditions: 1. That the site be developed, used and maintained in accordance with Exhibit "A", Site Plan; Exhibit "B", Landscape Plan; Exhibit "C", Elevation Plan; and Exhibit "D", Rendering as modified by deletion of the westerly 15 feet of the canopy located at the southwest corner of the existing building except that a storage building and trash enclosure shall be allowed as contained on Exhibits "E" and "F", provided a minimum of 52 feet is maintained between the roof of said storage building and the abutting ground. 2. A11 building, parking lot paving and striping, landscaping, driveway cuts, sidewalk construction and repair, retaining walls, and all other features as shown on the above-mentioned exhibits to be completed by May 31, 1974, except the storage building and trash enclosure which shall be completed by May 15, 1981.
