HomeMy WebLinkAbout6442 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1979/12/17RESOLUTION NO. 6442 RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL FOR REGISTERED LAND SURVEY BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of St. Louis Park: Findings 1. Roxy S. Peck, owner of the land proposed to be divided as a Registered Land Survey, has submitted an application for approval of said Registered Land Survey in the manner required for platting of land under the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, and all proceedings have been duly had thereunder. 2. The proposed Registered Land Survey has been found to be in all respects consistent with the City plan and the regulations and requirements of the laws of the State of Minnesota and the ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park. 3. The proposed Registered Land Survey is situated upon the following described lands in Hennepin County, Minnesota, to -wit: That part of Government Lot 7, Section 4, Township 117, Range 21, lying south of Cedar Lake Road, described as follows: Commencing at a point on intersection of the Easterly line of Railroad Right of Way with South line of said Government Lot 7; thence East along the South line of said Lot 7 distant 100 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of said Right of Way to the Southerly line of Cedar Lake Road; thence Southwesterly along said roadline to the Easterly line of Railroad Right of Way; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Right of Way to beginning. And the North 35.00 feet of the West 90.00 feet of Tract "E" Registered Land Survey No. 916, files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota. L Conclusion 1. The proposed Registered Land Survey is hereby approved and accepted by the City as being in accord and conformity with all ordinances, City plans and regulations of the City of St. Louis Park and the laws of the State of Minnesota. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution in the Office of the Register of Deeds and Registrar of Titles for their use as required by M.S.A. 471.29. 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to supply a certified copy of this Resolution to the above-named owner, who is the applicant herein. 4. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute all contracts required herein, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to execute the certificate of approval on behalf of the City Council upon the said Registered Land Survey when all of the conditions set forth in paragraph no. 1 above and Section 14-303(3)(e) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code have been fulfilled. 5. Such execution of the certificate upon said Registered Land Survey by the City Clerk, as required under Section 14-303(3)(e) shall be conclusive showing of proper compliance therewith by the subdivider and City officials charged with duties above-described and shall entitle such plat to be placed of record forthwith without further formality.
