LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING TO PERMIT THE EXPANSION OF A CLASS I RESTAURANT 7 LIQUOR STORE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE I-3, INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AT 6900 W. LAKE STREET RE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of St. Louis Park: Findings: 1. Reiss' Inc. has made application to the City Council for a special permit cinder Section 14-183 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code for the purpose of expanding a Class I restaurant and liquor store on property located at 6900 W. Lake Street for the legal description as follows, to -wit: Lots 29, 30 PY 31, Block 174, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park 2. The [.ity Council has c_nnsidered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 79 -60 -SP) and the effect of the proposed e%pansion on the health, safety, and welfare of the occupants of the sur- rounding lands, existing and anticipated traffic conditiops, the effect on values of properties in the surrounding area, the effect of the use on the Comprehensive Plan, and compliance with the intent of the Zoning Ordinance. 3. The Council has determined that the proposed expansion will not be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of the community nor will it cause serious traffic congestion nor hazards, ppr will' it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and the probosed Pxp7nsionlis in ,harmony with, the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance and tMe Comprehppsive �lan. Conclusion The special Hermit to permit exnansion of a Class I restaurant and liquor :;tore at the location described is grunted based on fheafirdings set forth above and subject to the following conditions: 1. lhat, the site be developed in accordance with Exhibit A, Site Plan; Exhibit B, Basement plan; Exhibit C, First, Floor Plan; Exhibit D, Llevations (except southeast elevation); Exhibit E, Alternate Entry Plan; and Exhibit F. landscape Plan. ?. That the first three parking spaces along the western edge of the Proposed narking lot he designated and signed for short-term, liquor store parking only. 3. All work including narking lot construction, landscaping, and building alterations shall be completed by October 15, 1980.
