RESOLUTION NO. 6289
RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGNATION OF NONCON-
SERVATION LAND SHOWN ON CLASSIFICATION
LIST "645-C" BY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of St. Louis Park has received from the County
Auditor of Hennepin County a list of lands in said City which became the
property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of taxes and said list has
been designated as Classification List "645-C"; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been
classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County as non -
conversation land, and its sale has been authorized by said Board; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1949,
Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that the Board's classification of land described in
said list is approved, and the sale of the land described below is approved:

the North line thereof to its intersection with the East line of
Boone Avenue, thence North along the East line of Boone Avenue to

the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, West Lynn Second Addition,
thence Southeasterly to beginning.
