RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
OPERATIONAL BYLAWS OF THE HENNEPIN
COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING
COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park that the
City supports the following amendment to Article IV of the Operational
Bylaws of the Hennepin County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council:
Article IV. MEMBERSHIP
Section 3. Any suburban local unit of government desiring to
become a member of the HCCJCC shall execute a joint resolution of
participation and those same units of government which execute such
resolutions shall jointly have the following representation on the
HCCJCC:

councils, to be selected by those members of the Association
of Metropolitan Municipalities who represent suburban units
of government within Hennepin County;
