RESOLUTION NO. 6043
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON
DEEP WELLS 11 & 15 NEW
PUMPS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated February 6,
1978, Bergerson Caswell Inc. has satisfactorily completed the
improvements for deep wells #15 and #11 in accordance with the contract.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation
for final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under the contract is accepted and
approved. The City Manager is directed to make final payment on
the contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
