LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE TO PERMIT MODIFICATIONS TO A RESTAURANT CLASS I, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE DDD, DIVERSIFIED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, AT 5600 WAYZATA BLVD. BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of St. Louis Park: Findings 1. Eddie Webster's Inc. has made application to the City Council for amendment to an existing special permit under Section 14-124 of the Ordinance Code for the purpose of modifying a Restaurant Class I for pro- perty located at 5600 Wayzata Blvd. for the legal description as follows, to -wit: That part of Government Lot 5, Section 4, Township 117, Range 21 lying North of U.S. Highway 12 and South of Wayzata Boulevard subject to lot easement over the West 33 feet thereof and subject to highway easement of the East 50 feet of the West 436 feet thereof. 2. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 77 -20 -SP) and the effect of the proposed Restaurant Class Iron the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing and anticipated traffic conditions, the effect on values of properties in the surrounding areas and the effect of the use on the Comprehensive Plan. 3. The City Council has determined that the proposed amendment to the existing special permit to permit a Restaurant Class I will not be detri- mental to the health, safety or general welfare of the community, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and the proposed Restaurant Class I is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan. Conclusion The special permit to permit a Restaurant Class I at the location described is granted based on the findings set forth above and subject to the following
