HomeMy WebLinkAbout5597 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1976/10/05a -4(01 --) OCTOBER 5, 1976 RESOLUTION NO. 55197 A RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL FOR FINAL PLAT OF TARGET SECOND ADDITION BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park, Minnesota: Findings 1. Dayton Hudson Corporation, the owner and subdivider of the land proposed to be platted as Target Second Addition has submitted an applica- tion for approval of final plat of said subdivision in the manner required for platting of land under the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, and all pro- ceedings have been duly had thereunder. 2. Said plat is in all respects consistent with the City plan and the regulations and requirements of the laws of the State of Minnesota and the Ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park. 3. Said plat is situate upon the following described lands in Hennepin County, Minnesota, to -wit: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Target First Addition Conclusion Said plat of Target Second Addition is hereby approved and accepted by the City as being in accord and conformity with all ordinances, City plans and regulations of the City of St. Louis Park and the laws of the State of Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: 1. That a 10 -foot utility easement be provided along the southerly lot line of Block 1. 2. \That all terms and conditions relative to land use applicable to Target First Addition be applied with respect to Target Second Addition. 3. That all contract work required in connection with Target First Addition be completed prior to the execution of final plat of Target Second Addition. 4. That this approval is made subject to certification by the City Clerk that the requirements and provisions of Section 14-303(3)(f) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code have been completed. 5. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of Register of Deeds and Registrar of Titles for their use as required by MSA 471.29. 6. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to supply a certified copy of this resolution to the above-named owner and subdivider who is the applicant herein. 7. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute all contracts required herein, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to execute the Certificate of Approval on behalf of the City Council upon said plat when all of the conditions set forth above have been fulfilled. 8. That such execution of the Certificate upon said plat by the City Clerk as required under Section 14-303(3)(f) shall be conclusive showing of proper compliance therewith by the subdivider and City officials charged with duties above described and shall entitle such plat to be placed of record forthwith without further formality.
