AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5012
AUTi1ORIZINr, APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE
ON TAX -FORFEITED LANDS
SC IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park, Minnesota that Resolution
No. 5032 authorizing application for conveyance for tax -forfeited lands, is amended
to read as follows:
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described below have been forfeited to the
State of Minnesota for non-payment of taxes, and the City Manager has recom-
mended to the Council that the same be acquired by the'City, and it appears
to be Council that said parcels are a necessary and. desirable addition to
park facilities of the City, therefore

AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5032
AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE
ON TAX -FORFEITED LANDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park, Minnesota that Resolution
No. 5032 authorizing application for conveyance for tax -forfeited lands, is amended
to read as follows:
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described below have been forfeited to the
State of Minnesota for non-payment of taxes, and the City Manager has recom-
mended to the Council that the same be acquired by the City, and it appears
to be Council that said parcels are a necessary and desirable addition to
park facilities of the City, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the
Mayor and City Manager be hereby authorized and directed to make application on
behalf of the City to the County Board and State Tax Commissioner for conveyance
of the following described parcels of tax -forfeited land to the City of St.
Louis Park for the following purposes:
