to use land in the B-2 General Business District for a Commercial

family dwellings
at the following location:
all lots and blocks in Lou Park Addition.
2. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the
Planning Commission (Case No. 75 -65 -SP) and the effect of the proposed use on the
health, safety, and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing and
anticipated traffic conditions, parking facilities, and the effect on values of
properties in the surrounding area, and the effect of the proposed use on the
Comprehensive Plan.
3. The City Council has determined that the proposed Commercial Development
Unit and Residential Development Unit will not be detrimental to the health,
safety or general welfare of the community nor will it cause serious traffic
congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property
values, and is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of this Ordinance
and the Comprehensive Plan.
Conclusion

Development Unit at the location described is granted based on the findings set
forth above and subject to the following conditions:

recorded in accordance with Section 6:303-C-6

includes a detailed site and development plan for
land to be included in such building permit must
be approved by the City. Such detailed site
plans must conform to the General Site Plan,
