HomeMy WebLinkAbout5471 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1976/02/02o261. • FEBRUARY 2, 1976 6C RESOLUTION NO. 5471 RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF OAK PARK VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, owner and subdivider of the land proposed to be platted as Oak Park Village has submitted its application for approval of final plat of said subdivision in the manner required for platting of land under the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, and all proceedings have been duly had thereunder, and WHEREAS, said plat is in all respects consistent with the City Plan and the regulations and requirements of the Laws of the State of Minnesota and the ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park, and WHEREAS, said plat is situate upon the following described lands in Hennepin County, Minnesota, to -wit: Lots 25 through 48, inclusive, Block 306, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park; Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 281. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park:, 1. That said plat of Oak Park Village is hereby approved and accepted by the City as being in accord and conformity with all ordinances, City plans and regulations of the City of St. Louis Park and the laws of the State of Minnesota, provided, however, that this approval is made subject to the approving opinion of the City Attorney as to title and form and execution of the plat. 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution in the office of the Register of Deeds and Registrar of Titles for their use as required by M.S.A. 471.29. 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to supply a certified copy of this Resolution to the above-named owner and subdivider who is the applicant herein. o • r 4. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute all contracts required herein, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to execute the certificate of approval on behalf of the City Council upon the said plat when all of the conditions set forth in paragraph No. 1 above and Section 6:303-C of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code have been fulfilled. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such execution of the certificate upon said plat by the City Clerk, as required under Section 6:303-C-6, shall be conclusive showing of proper compliance therewith by the sub- divider and City officials charged with duties above described and shall entitle such plat to be placed of record forthwith without further formality.
