HomeMy WebLinkAbout5355 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1975/09/10• REPLACEMENT RESOLUTION NO. ;,255 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT, AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT IMPROVEMENT NO. 75-15 LIFT STATION REPAIRS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park as follows: 1. Contracts have been let fox the improvement designated in this resolution and the City Manager has filed his certificate of the total expense of the improvement in the amount shown below. 2. The total cost of the improvement to be specially assessed as directed by Resolution No. 5202 is as follows: Imp. No., Nature and Location Project Total Cost 75-15, Lift Station Repairs, Natchez Avenue and Highway 7 $15,344.20 3. The city clerk with the assistance of the city engineer and city assessor shall calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for this improvement against the assessable parcels of lard as directed by Resolution No. 5202, and as provided by law. A copy of such proposed assessment roll shall be filed in the office of the city clerk for public inspection. 4. A public hearing shall be held on this improvement on October 6, 1975 at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall to pass upon the proposed assessment and to hear any objections to it. The clerk shall give notice of this hearing as required by law. Adopted by the City Council September 10, 1975.
