RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON REMODELING
OF LIFT STATION
IMPROVEMENT NO. 74-46
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pursuant to a written contract with the City dated
August 5, 1974, Northern Contracting has satisfactorily completed the
improvements for remodeling of lift station, Improvement No. 74-46 in
accordance with the contract.
2. The Director of Public Works has filed his recommendation
for final acceptance of the work.
3. The work completed under the contract is accepted and approved.
The City Manager is directed to make final payment on the contract, taking
the contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by the City Council September 2, 1975.
