HomeMy WebLinkAbout5302 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1975/06/16ee-.) a', -- JUNE 16, 1975 6A RESOLUTION N0. 5302 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS, AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, OR CHANGE ORDER IMP. NO. 64-22A, GRADING, PAVING, CURB, GUTTER AND STORM SEWER BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park as follows: 1. Pursuant to Council direction a preliminary report has been prepared for the improvement designated in this Resolution. A notice of hearing was mailed on May 22, 1975 and published in the official city newspaper, the St. Louis Park Sun, on May 22, 1975 and May 29, 1975 as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and as ordered by Council Resolution 5289. 2. A public hearing having been held on this date and opportunity having been given at the hearing to all persons to make known their views on the improvement, and the Council being fully advised of the pertinent facts, the improvement is ordered to be constructed, in accordance with the description in the notice ofhearing. 3. The Director of Public Works shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of the improvement. 4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to advertise for bids or to negotiate a change order to a contract in accordance with directives established by the City Council. 5. Any such negotiated change order with costs shall be approved by the City Council prior to its execution by the City Manager. Adopted by the City Council June 16, 1975.
