RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT HNDPR SEC1 I O' 6.122.17 OF
THE ST. LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE FOR RESTAURANT. CLASS I
WHERLAS, application has been made to the City Council by Restaurants No Limit, Inc.,
for permit under Section 6:122.17 of the St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance for the following
purpose:
To expand a Restaurant: Class 1
at the folluwwing location. to -wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast. Quarter of Section 1,
Township 117. Range 22, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection
of the north line of Superior Boulevard with the west line of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 1; thence north along thecest
line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 231 feet;
thence easterly parallel with Superior Boulevard 315.25 feet; thence south to
a point on the north line of Superior Boulevard 315 feet easterly from the
point of beginning; thence westerly along the northerly line of said Boulevard
315 feet to beginning. _
Subic -et to highway rights in the State of Minnesota over the Southeasterly.
17 feet of the above -dc -scribed property, together with a right to construct
ar.d maintain temporary snow fences upon said land.
ExLept: that part lying southerly of the northerly right-of-way line of State
Trunk Highway No. 12 as described in Document 'o. 3765285.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of rhe City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby

2. That at least 90 off-street:'parking spaces be provided on the subject
property, and that at least 37 spaces be provided under ,the lease
arrangement or in some way obtained outright, and that authorization
to utilize the parking ramp in Shelard Park and the'Court House parking
lot be obtained.
3. That all improvements including modifications of the exterior of the
north side of the building, planters and landscaping, walkways, and
lighting, be completed by July 31, 1975.
