RESOLUTION NO./.9°)
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON CHAIN LINK FENCING
IMPROVEMENT NO. 73-35
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract with the City dated
June 11, 1973, Thomas J. Pollock Construction has satisfactorily
completed the installation of chain link fencing, Improvement
No. 73-35 in accordance with such contract, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has filed
his recommendation for final acceptance of the work, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota that:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
and approved, and
2. The City Manager is hereby directed to make final payment
on such contract taking the contractor's receipt in full.
