HomeMy WebLinkAbout4903 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1973/09/04,o • a ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 4903 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT, AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT IMPROVEMENT NOS. 66-17B AND 67-39, STORM SEWERS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park as follows: 1. Contracts have been let for the improvements designated in this resolution and the City Manager has filed his certificate of the total expense of the improvements in the amount shown below. 2. The total cost of the improvements to be specially assessed, the amount of the total expense the city will pay, other than the amount, if any, which the city will pay as a property owner, and the amount to be assessed, are as follows: Imp. The city clerk with the assistance of the city engineer and city assessor shall calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for these improvements against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law. A copy of such proposed assessment roll shall be filed in the office of the city clerk for public inspection. 4. A public hearing shall be held on these improvements on September 24, 1973 at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall to pass upon the proposed assessment and to hear any objections to it. The clerk shall give notice of this hearing as required by lay.
