RESOLUTION NO. 4869
A RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE GRANTING OF AN ELECTRIC UTILITY
SERVICE FRANCHISE
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to grant a franchise
for the provision of electric utility service within the City,
and
WHEREAS, Section 9.02 and 9.09 of the City Charter require
that a public hearing be held on such matters, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Louis Park that a public hearing will be held on August 20,
1973 at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall. The clerk shall give
notice of this hearing as required by law.
