RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 73-31
STREET MAINTENANCE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park
as follows:
1. Preliminary reports on this improvement have been prepared by
the Director of Public Works pursuant to Council direction, which indicate
that the improvement is feasible and should best be made as proposed and
not in conjunction with any other improvement, and that the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended is $12,673.00.
2. The Council will consider in accordance with those reports the
following improvement:
Improvement No. 73-31, street maintenance on Vernon
Avenue from 252 Street to Minnetonka Boulevard,
Kenwood Avenue from West 28th Street to Minnetonka
Boulevard; Yosemite Avenue from West 20th Street to
Minnetonka Boulevard; Alabama Avenue from West 29th
Street to Minnetonka Boulevard
3. The area proposed to be assessed for the cost of the improvement
includes all lots, tracts or parcels of land which abut on or are situated
within one half block of the streets or portions of streets above
described, for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
4. A public hearing will be held on this improvement on
May 21, 1973 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall. The clerk shall give
notice of this hearing as required by law.
