RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 73-03
PAVING, CURB AND GUTTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park as
follows:
1. Preliminary reports on this improvement have been prepared by
the Director of Public Works pursuant to Council direction, which indicate
that the improvement is feasible and should best be made as proposed
and not in conjunction with any other improvement, and that the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended is $44,642.09.
2. The Council will consider in accordance with those reports
the following improvement:
Improvement No. 73-03, construct and install paving,
curb and gutter in Inglewood Avenue from South Highway
7 Frontage Road to 166 feet south of West 31st;
Glenhurst Avenue from South Highway 7 Frontage Road
to West 31st Street, West 31st Street from Inglewood
Avenue to France Avenue
3. The area proposed to be assessed for the cost of the improvement
includes all lots, tracts or parcels of land which abut on or are
situated within one half block of the streets or portions of streets
above described, for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
4. A public hearing will be held on this improvement on
May 14, 1973 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall. The clerk shall give
notice of this hearing as required by law.
