LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE FOR OFF-STREET PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Reinhard Brothers Company for permit under Sections 6:081.2 and 6:092.1 of the St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance for the following purpose: To permit off-street parking in the R-3 and R-4 Districts at the following location, to -wit: 3106 Inglewood Avenue, Lot 10, Block 2, and Lots 12 and 13, Block 1, Manhattan Park First Addition WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 62-24-S.P.) and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing and anticipated traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on values of properties in the surrounding area, and the effect of the proposed use on the Comprehensive Plan, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of the community nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and the same is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of this ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth, subject, however, to the following conditions: 1. The site be developed, used and maintained in accordance with Exhibit "A" Site Plan - Landscape Plan as modified and approved by the applicant on December 8, 1972. 2. The proposed fence on Exhibit "A" shall be constructed of redwood or cedar, shall be six feet in height, shall be 1007 opaque and maintained in a neat manner thereafter. 3. That portion of the contiguous parking lot located in the I-1 District shall be developed, used, and maintained in accordance with Exhibit "A". 4. The parking lot, landscaping, fencing, paving, curbing and striping shall be completed by October 15, 1973. Attest: City Cler Adopted by the City Council December 18, 1972.
