HomeMy WebLinkAbout4604 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1972/08/07ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 4604 RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-17, CONCRETE ALLEY PAVING AUGUST 7, 1972 81 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park as follows: 1. Preliminary reports on this improvement have been prepared by the Director of Public Works pursuant to Council direction, which indicate that the improvement is feasible and should best be made as proposed and not in conjunction with any other improvement, and that the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended is $7,959.00. 2. The Council will consider in accordance with those reports the following improvement: Improvement No. 72-17, construct and install, alley paving Between Inglewood and Joppa Avenue from West 26th Street to Cedar Lake Avenue 3. The area proposed to be assessed for the cost of the improvement includes all lots, tracts or parcels of land which abut on the streets or portions of streets above described for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. 4. A public hearing will be held on this improvement on August 21, 1972 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall. The clerk shall give notice of this hearing as required by law.
