HomeMy WebLinkAbout4465 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1972/03/20ORIGINAL MARCH 20, 1972 8D RESOLUTION NO 4 4 6 5 RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-04 WHEREAS, preliminary reports on this improvement have been prepared by the City Engineer pursuant to Council direction, which indicate that the improvement is feasible and should best be made as proposed and not in conjunction with any other improvement, and that the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended is $40,369.63, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park: 1. The Council will consider in accordance with those reports the following improvement: Improvement No. 72-04, construct and install paving, curb and gutter and sidewalk repair on West Franklin Avenue from Louisiana Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue 2. The area proposed to be assessed for the cost of the improvement includes all lots, tracts or parcels of land which abut on or are situated within one half block of the streets or portions of streets above described, for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. 3. A public hearing shall be held on this improvement on April 17, 1972 at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall. The clerk shall give notice of this hearing as required by law. Adopted by the City Council 1.
