RESOLUTION NO. 4458
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK ON GRADING, BASE,
CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND BITUMINOUS
SURFACING
IMPROVEMENT NOS. 68-12 AND 70-08
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract with the City dated
June 7, 1971, C. S. McCrossan, Inc. has satisfactorily completed
the improvements for grading, base, concrete curb and gutter and
bituminous surfacing, Improvement Nos. 68-12 and 70-08 in
accordance with such contract, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has filed his
recommendation for final acceptance of the work, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
St. Louis Park, Minnesota that:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved, and
2. The City Manager is hereby directed to make final
payment on such contract taking the contractor's receipt in
full.
