9. That church driveways on Plan A be designated as one way
with entrance on Zarthan Avenue and exit on Lake Street.
10. That in construction of church the design shall be such
that no shadow line shall extend further to the West than that shown
in Plan C.
11. That Parish provide City with a written statement of
intentions that a parking attendant or attendants as may be required
will be furnished to direct and supervise parking in off street park-
ing area for each meeting, service or other function which shall be
held in church edifice, except attendance by school children at school
and a statement of Policy from the Parish that the Parish will pur-
chase additional property for parking when such property is available
at a fair market value.
12. That the plans for church structure shall be prepared so
that no drainage from church property will enter upon property to west
or north of church structure.

RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT
UNDER SECTION.1Q.3-20 and 10.5 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS. PARK
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by LeRoy
Sign'Inc. for permit under Section 10.3-20 and 10.5 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: erect_a. 50' x 4'
sign (200 sq. -ft.) replacing present sign at 6320 Minnetonka Boulevard
(Boulevard Pharmacy) and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the effect of the proposed
use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands,
existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities,on adjacent streets,
and the effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park
that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be .detrimental
to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands,
nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it serious-
ly depreciate surrounding property values, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the appli-
cant for the purpose above set forth.
