providing for allocation of the cost of said bridge on the basis of 25% there-
of to be paid by the City; and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized
to enter into a contract with the County and the Great Northern Railway, pro-
viding -for construction of said bridge as a joint project in accordance with
the said order of the Railroad and Warehouse Commission, if so obtained,
said contract to be approved.as to form by the City Attorney and as to con-
struction details by the City Engineer.

RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE FOR STORM SEWER,
CURB & GUTTER, & SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed his preliminary report with
the Council dated December 23, 1957, together with estimated cost for the
following improvements, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Clerk be directed to
publish notice of hearing to be held at the Council Meeting January 13, 1958
on the following proposed storm sewer, curb and gutter, and sidewalk:
