HomeMy WebLinkAbout507 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1957/11/251 1 1 Resolution No. 507 Adopted November 25, 1957 ORDERING WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch November 7 and 14, 1957, relating to the public improvement hereinafter described and has heard all interested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as pro- posed or in connection with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theCity Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the following public improvement be hereby ordered in accord- ance with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Eng- ineer and filed with the City Clerk, and which are hereby approved. R. •C:, Fernstrom Mayor Attest: Joseph Justad City Clerk Resolution No. 508 Adopted November 25, 1957 RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 10.3 AND 10.5 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Nordquist Sign Company for permit under Section 10.3 and 10.5 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: for erection of a temporary sign 6' x 121 (72 sq. ft.) at 4521 Highway No. 7 and subject to all applicable codes and ordinances and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said propped use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seri- ously depreciate surrounding property values, and
